🌿 About Me

My name is Madeline.
I am a yoga teacher and meditation facilitator with over 15 years of personal practice and teaching experience.

My path has unfolded through long-term practice, inner inquiry, and travel across different cultures and spiritual traditions. Over the years, I have explored yoga, meditation, subtle body awareness, and embodied spirituality — not as techniques to master, but as ways of listening more deeply to life.

What I came to understand is simple and essential:
true transformation happens not by pushing or striving, but by returning to presence, again and again.


My approach

My teaching is rooted in:

  1. embodied and conscious yoga

  2. nervous system regulation

  3. meditation and subtle awareness

  4. an energetic approach inspired by the Shiv–Shakti path

I guide practices that are slow, grounded, and respectful of the body’s natural intelligence.
The focus is not on performance or achievement, but on inhabiting the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Each session is an invitation to soften effort, cultivate awareness, and reconnect with a sense of inner stability.


My intention

I create spaces that are:

  • safe and non-judgmental

  • accessible to all bodies and levels

  • grounded, simple, and deep

My intention is to support people in slowing down, regulating their nervous system, and reconnecting with themselves — in a way that feels authentic, embodied, and sustainable.


A few words from me

I believe that presence is not something we attain,
but something we remember.

The body is not an obstacle to spirituality —
it is the doorway.
